All Company members must purchase a Costume bag, plus a spare pair of each type of dance shoes kept clean and used for performances and competitions only. Each member must purchase a skin tone body suit and have clean and unmarred beige, and pink convertible tights and a black tank or camisole leotard.

10%, off the 3rd and
15% of 4th or more classes respectively.

Plan
Payment may be made by visa, MasterCard, debit, cash or cheque.
50% is due upon registration and a post-dated cheque is required
for the balance, due January 15, 2010.

Monthly installments:
For invoices under $500 - $5 surcharge on installments 1 – 8
For invoices over $500 - $5 surcharge on installments 3 - 8

Fitness tax Credit receipts
Please note: Your invoice and statements will be adequate proof for your records. Staff will note on the invoice which child under 16 years takes which program. Your statement will simply show the amount paid. Where possible, you must divide installment payments equally among each childs courses.
FYI… quoting Appendix D Canada Revenue Childrens Fitness Tax Credit…
The year in which the tax credit can be claimed is determined by the date when the fees are paid, not when the activity takes place……
Please keep all invoices and statements as duplicates will cost $2.00 per document. |
Pre-Registration
hose who pre- registered before June 30, 2009 received last year’s rates and discounts. Invoice will be sent before August 20, 2008.
Pre-registration will be accepted for returning students only at new rates. Please email the director prior to August 20, 2009 to reserve a spot in the recommended class(es). carol@huroniadance.ca

Refund
Policy
$30.00 cancellation fee is charged and balance of fees from date
of notifying director is cheerfully refunded. Refunds do not apply
on exam, competition or summer program fees, unless class was cancelled by director.
NSF
Cheques - $20 fee will be charged for each NSF cheques. |
